It had been a bitter-sweet year! They say, people come and go. Most important thing is that, we stay in touch and "jio" each other come out and "yumcha"! It's sad that I lost my phone and hence, gone all my precious photos~~~ T.T Anyway, let's not get carried away, I'm sure we are able to create new memories in times to come :)

X'mas 2014
Well, though we didn't manage to spend our X'mas with a trip like the way we did last X'mas, we still manage to spend time together. For this, I'm grateful. We are still able to maintain the jimui-ship despite the fact that we have both started working. Not easy know? Anyway, let's cut to the chase.
We were supposed to meet up at 12pm but ended up at one something because of awful jam. Actually we planned to visit the new IOI mall but luckily we didn't, because it could be worse, sure hard to find parking. We had to park until Sunway Pinnacle from Pyramid thru' Sunway Resort, can you imagine? However, I'm impressed by Sunway management because the parking are all linked. Note: Just the parkings are linked, you have to walk outdoor then only can enter Sunway Pyramid from Redbox there. zzzz
We had simple lunch at McD again because we wanted to save money for shopping and nice dinner. So yeah, we were basically on 3 missions: (i) hunt for purse; (ii) hunt for facial care; (iii) makan!

I think I'm under my jimui's influence that I bought the most expensive purse to date. When I was with her, it would always make me feel like the things I buy are of reasonable price, damn!
My first GUESS purse ❤ ❤ |
Then, my jimui suddenly transformed into a "Brand Ambassador" and started introducing me to Innisfree, which had a formal and more well known Brand Ambassador, Lee Min-ho! She has been obsessed with this brand because of him and was in an attempt to infect me too! Eh, I love Kim Soo-hyun de k? Ishh... Err.. But I also bought from Innisfree lar, "bongcan" a bit.. lol
Then, we had our high tea at Cosans Coffee and started chatting. Guess what? We had laid out our trip destinations for the next 4 years! XD
Gifts exchanged.. Hehe.. |
Well, beside shopping, of course must take photo also lar right, it was X'mas!!!
Looong queue wey, to take photo with this huge bear... |
Mushroom Farfalle, RM 33.90. |
Chicken Fajitas, RM 42.90. |
Bluuuuur!! Should have brought my camera along... |
Good thing about working, is that I'm free to decide how to spend my money, save for shopping, save for trip? Save for new phone? Though it's hard to hangout at times, we will always have each other. Thanks for spending the lovely X'mas with me, my dear jimui. Looking forward to our trip next year! ❤ ❤

In The Rain
Ok, this is gonna be a short post, just to have a record on what I did with this "siao-po", J! lol.. So, this was how it happened: she saw a post on FB about marathon, she asked me, I said why not, we registered, had no idea it would rain, and.. ahem.. No one pulled out and we ran like the rulers.. Well, because there were police blocking the road for us, first time crossing road without looking right-left-and-right, like a boss wey! XD
After we found ourselves a parking, we went and collect our "runner's kit", the so-called "kit" consisted of only a pair of fluorescent-ed shoe laces, a t-shirt, our runner number tag, and a stick of fluorescent band. We then went and had some light food before the race began. Wait, to be honest, we didn't really run a lot, we were just speed-walking for 5km.. lol..
Sorry for the blur image. |
This one we took immediately after we finished the run, with MZ. |
Before and after the run :) |
Actually, to be frank, I was the last one among the 3 of us to reach the final point.. lol... Then, we were all famished, and decided to go for steamboat after running in the rain for one hour!
Imagine the warmth!! |
My finisher medal :D |
Thanks for the jio, siao-po! :p

Mini Gathering #1
Finally we met up after a long planning, and DETERMINATION! lol.. Ya, everyone is sooooo busy nowadays, who is free, kan? So, ZY insisted to have a meet up on a name of her birthday.. Haha.. Means, of course we had to give her face lar right? Gosh, sounds like we are so mean... o.O
Anyway, we met up at 10am but we told ZY 11am so that we could have time to write some wishes down on the birthday card that I bought (the card was so damn cute! forget to take a photo of it.. aiks..). Since ZY was super super late, we straight went to Red Box after a fail attempt in exploring the cinema for nice movie. ZY is a person who likes to sing-k very very very much, so yeah, we followed her and had lunch there. Not buffet style though, we actually had to order separately. Anyway, their free-flow of, what was that, err, the mushroom soup was not bad. And according to Winnie, their ABC soup and barley was not bad too.
Ah West really pattern banyak banyak.. lol.. |
Our lunch.. |
Place where we went for high tea :D |
And then, each one of us ordered a piece of cake and treated it as celebrating our birthdays together. Ya, we are so busy to meet up that often so we sekaligus gaodim.. Haha..
After a long chat about everything on anything, finally it's photo time! :D
Left: Green Tea, RM7 Right: Mocha Latte (RM12.50) & Caffeine Latte (RM10.50) |
Our Dailou Ah West, klk patterns a lot XD Credit to ZY for the candid shot in the middle.. lol |
Hehe.. Everyone with everyone ^^ |
BTW, the pink bag was the one which I bought with my jimui :) |
Really miss the time we spent together wey. We should have more of this next year k? Have so much of catching up to do especially we are now apart earning a living. Not necessary must be one-day hangout kind of thing, it could be a short trip too!! Looking forward ya, our dear organizer ZY ;)
Here's something that I wish to share, like the lyrics!!
There's another Australian version from Justice Crew too
but I don't know why I can't be able to share it here =.=

Have a great day ahead, my friends..

Shopping Spree #2
Have you read Shopping Spree #1? Well, it was about me accompanying my jimui shopped for her formal attire. As for this round, it was her turn to accompany me and shopped for mine :p
OOTD :p |
Basically, we met up at McD, and waited for their lunch set. Then, we embarked on the mission to shop for my, well, I had a lot of things to buy. But I only managed to get myself 2 handbags (one black, one pink), a H&M blazer (again), a BB Cream and a Lipstick from Holika Holika.. err.. I think that's all.. While my jimui only got herself a pair of wedges and the same Lipstick I bought because (i) she has had too many handbags; (ii) she couldn't find the kind of Blazer that she likes.
Since I don't have any photos to show my handbags and all, let me show you some of the photos we took during our dinner. Ya, we went Sushi Zanmai for dinner at 5pm! I was on my 3-inch heels and I really couldn't tahan anymore! Though it was a bit too early, guess what? The place was already crowded to the extend of queuing up wey!
Our dinner :D |
Hodaka (7pcs+1roll), RM13.80: Salmon, eel, prawn, boiled scallop, cuttlefish, omelette, beancurd, cucumber roll. |
Salmon (5pcs), RM11.80 |
Inari Kanimayo Yaki, RM4.80: Crabmeat roasted with mayonnaise (my favourite!) |
Spicy Salmon Maki, RM6.80: Salmon & spicy mayonnaise. |
Mocha Monaka (8pcs), RM8: Green tea wafer ice cream :) |
The same thing happened! We were there until 8.30pm!! Catching up, chatting here, crapping there. Well, our last meet up was 3 months ago k??? So yeah, we enjoyed the free green tea refill that we entitled.. while taking a lot of photos.. hehe..
The ambiance of the last photo was a bit out though.. Aiks.. |
Then, we went to Popular and my jimui bought 3 novels! She blamed me for introducing her to reading Julia Quinn.. and now she is addicted to all her series.. haha.. Well, of course addicted lar.. Her novels are all with the background of the olden England, the setting that I like the most! And, apparently she does too!! While she was queuing up to make payment, I hid at a corner and changed into a comfortable pair of sanders. Fuh, luckily my jimui suggested me to bring it for emergency wey, or else I sure GG!
My Mood of the day :D
It felt so good to finally hangout with you, dear jimui.. I mean, we had some bickering some times ago, regarding the year end trip thingy, and we kinda didn't really talk it out.. But ya, I understand lar.. We are now working adults, have more to sacrifice for, but it doesn't mean that our jimui-ship should get affected right? ❤❤
'Till next post, cheers :)

まんまる
Okay, don't ask me how did I type my title in Japanese, because I didn't. Just copied it from website.. lol.. Actually, I went shopping with my dear ZY as I was in desperate need of her service on advising my attire. I called her my personal attire consultant in one of the photos that I uploaded to my Insta.. haha.. But anyway, since there's not much things to talk about my shopping on formal clothing, I might as well just focus on the food lar, because it's easy. Just upload some photos, put some captions and TADA, it's done! XD
Chicken Teriyaki & Garlic Udon Bento, RM15.90 Grilled Chicken Teriyaki, Garlic Udon, Fried Gyoza, Kimchee, Miso Soup, Mixed Salad & Jelly |
This pretty much sums it up, with one additional dish (the round bowl in the middle which I forgot what it was), but its nice lar :) |
This is probably the shortest post I've written so far.. lol.. By the way, we were there for 2-3 hours catching up! Besides, our movie was at 2pm or so, no need to rush. The waiters kept coming to refill our green tea for us, as if "giving signal" to ask us leave.. A bit paiseh lar.. But what to do? :p
Anyway, you all may click here to know more about this restaurant :)
P/S: Cafe.Waiting.Love, aka 等一个人.咖啡 is awesome!! :D

Cafe Hunt #1
So, ZY has been wanted to go for a makan trip with me. Well, not much of a trip lar, just to explore nice food around the area. Seeing that I've been quite occupied of late, I left the research and itinerary planning to her, and.. She has made me proud!! Haha..
OOTD: Considered my first try in changing my dressing style.. Haha.. |
First Stop: COSANS Coffee
Anyway, you may refer to the following links should you wish to know more about this cafe. This blogger writes good posts on food review :)
Second Stop: Coffee Chemistry Signature
We managed to locate the cafe thanks to ZY! Haha.. |
Well, the coffee we were holding was the Signature Rose Caramel Macchiatto (3D), RM14 Top Right: Spicy Chicken Herb Mushroom Pasta, RM17 Bottom Left: Beef Bacon Mushroom Carbonara, RM16 |
Here's a closer look onto the coffee art. Cute right??! It's not just cute, the coffee tastes nice too. Sorry for the poor photo quality though.. |
I'll definitely visit this cafe again! Hmm, not just for their 3D coffee art lar, its because their environment as well. It's so comfortable and they serve nice food too! Honestly, I felt so reluctant to leave that place the other day. Haha.. You may want to follow their FB page at: Coffee Chemistry Signature.
Third Stop: Whisk
To be honest, both ZY and me thought it would be like the previous two cafes that we visited, but apparently, this cafe is relatively smaller in size, it's quite cozy too. It's located at LG-03A in Empire Shopping Gallery. And guess what we talked about this time. We talked about water filter! LOLOLOL.. Don't ask me how did it evolve to this topic, I didn't remember any details already. I just remember how much ZY enlightened me on how the machine cleans the water etc etc.. Haha.. Anyway, here goes some sample photos:There ain't a lot of space for dine-in right? |
...FUUUUUUH...
Yup, Fuh! First time visited 3 cafes in a row, not a bad experience, I would say. But... Spent quite a lot leh, lol.. Worth it though, especially at Coffee Chemistry Signature, their pasta not bad, I would like to try some other dishes too next time. Ah, it has been such a long time since my last outing with buddies ever since I started working. Ya, I realize, working makes me appreciate the time we hang out, even more. Hmm.. Let's see where shall we go next round then, shan't we, ZY? Hehe..
...Right Now...
Well, I've heard this song from Hitz.fm for quite some time, and I think it kinda suited my current mood now. Or, at least my mood for the previous week. Not really much on the lyrics part though, it's basically the melody, I like the melody :))

All The Best!
So, they are flying off to UK. Who? One would be a friend of mine in Diabolo team, and the other would be my ex-roommie. The former one, Ah Ben was leaving on the day we celebrated Mooncake Festival (which was yesterday.. lol), and latter one, MY is leaving the week after. We had a round of pre-farewell already, but hmm.. Since that we attended an event together a couple of weeks back, we went for a final round of farewell before they fly off. Why?? To chit-chat and take photos lar! Ha..
We went to Avenue K and wanted to try Japanese food, but the menu wasn't really attractive and ended up eating Korean Food, at M.I.S.O. I can't remember what did we order, but the menu is kinda extensive :)
We talked about life, my life, to be more specific, because I've been working and feeling quite demotivated kind of stuff. But then, we talked about something else too, especially the issue whereby UK might "leave" EU. This really attracted me a lot especially hearing them discussing on how this could affect the laws they have been studying and memorizing all the while, and they have to study everything all over again if that were to happen. Then I shared some of my two cents from the business and economy point of view (though I don't think they worth mentioning here because those were just sheer common sense). I like the fact that I chose Great Britain as my research subject for my Econs in my last semester, and they said, UK might become the way I like it to be back in the olden days, if they were to impose social status into the 21st century of England. So, the commons like us, would need to bow, or curtsy when we greet someone from higher ranking than us. Ah, there is a reason why I like novels with this kind of setting.. Hehe..
It was very filling! |
Anyway, I'm glad that both of you like the parting gifts from me. Ah Ben, you are so funny, and look so cute with my parting gift on your face.. LOL.. It's very kind of you to have sent me photos showing me your hostel room, and I must say, it definitely looks bigger and more comfortable than my INTI hostel room.. Haha.. Remember to upload photos you taken to FB k? ;) And MY, please.. Please remember to tell me what do you think about the novel, I'm soooo eager to know.. Hehe.. Hope you like it :)
Please do keep in touch ya, be it FB, Insta or Twitter.. I'll sure go stalk you two when I have time.. Haha.. You might feel home-sick, or a little awkward at first trying to fit in when you are there, but things will definitely get better. One year seems long but you'd realize how fast it passes when you are about to graduate, trust me. Please enjoy your life there on behalf of me too!! (I've longed to study overseas know? Ishh..)
Take care and please stay warm. I'll miss you two. We shall meet up again in one year time! :DD
All The Best and Ganbatte! I'll save up money to go visit you all!! Haha.. |

The Next Stage
We enter different stages of life from time to time. We attend primary school, moving up to high school, further our studies in university, and then.. Some people plan to pursue Master or PhD, while some choose to step into the working world and strive upwards to the top of corporate ladder. I am now one of those from the latter category. You ask me what it feels like? Hmmmmmm..

Sunway Lagoon
This post is under the label "Trip" though it isn't really considered as a trip.. lol.. Actually, we were both very upset when our plan to visit Melacca during this Hari Raya was forced to cancel. Not to mention, my bestie was hence kind of angry at me as I was the one who started everything, yet also the one who caused an ending to it. However, I'm glad that the misunderstanding between us has been lifted away and there we were, only the two of us, marched on a "trip" to Sunway Lagoon.
She was aware of the "buy-one-free-one" promotion, thus we paid only RM120 for both of us. Quite worth it, I would say, as it includes 5 parks, except Bungy Jump, G-Force X and ATV. (I think Go-Kart too if not mistaken) Last time we used to get a watch-like band, which stores the MYR for transaction in the park. Now, it's even more advance. No more rubber-like watch band. The bar-code on the ticket itself serves as a "debit-card" already. What's more? The lockers used to function on a lock-and-key basis (as in literally key); now the bar-code itself serves as an e-key. RM15 (RM30 for big locker) whole day for unlimited access (means, you may open as many time as you wish without any extra charges like how it used to be). Kind of cool!
I suppose it was due to the fact that the coming Monday is Raya, thus the park was not as crowded as last time when I went with my tuition friends. It's good that we managed to finish almost all the exciting rides by.. around 2pm or 3pm.. Really, the queues were not at all long.
The first thing that we tried was the Vuvuzela. I had been wanting to try ever since I heard the advertisement on radio. As it requires at least 5 people for one buoy, we grouped-up with another 3 persons, a father with two sons. 5 of us rode it twice! Haha.. Super duper SYOK!!! How I wish I could record it down though... Then we went for Congo Challenge and African Pythons. I gathered that, ever since I experienced the incredibly amazing excitement from Vuvuzela, it seemed like all the other rides couldn't impress me any further.. Hmmmm..
We went on to try the Waterplexx 5D. Well, the 3D glasses (to me) didn't really function 3D-ly (to my bestie, it did though). I was rather shocked by the water spurted out from a standing pipe right beside me (oh, and one more right above my head from the ceiling). Seriously! If you are not ready/willing to get wet, please don't try this... Nevertheless, it was fun lar :)
The Surf Beach was basically, nothing much to explore. After like, 5 minutes “soaking" in the water, we proceeded to Extreme Park. I kinda wanted to try the G-Force X, but it was too expensive lar, RM60/person; and the Bungy Jump also, RM130/person. Sigh.. At the end, we tried out the Flying Fox which, as my bestie described it "not as fast as I expected". Well, to me, as it was my first time, I find it quite ok lar, I was quite "ganjiong" before the guy pushed me forward, but I didn't scream at all until the end. Hmm.. But still not bad lar :)
As we didn't have any heavy breakfast, we were famished by noon time. However, we decided to go for a Pirate's Revenge ride before lunch (to avoid puking out the lunch.. lol). It was quite scary lar, of course, as it went on a 360-degree swing. Haha.. Then, we went to Marrybrown to have our lunch.
Seeing that we had almost finished all the major rides, we made a move to the Wildlife Park. Erm, it's not as wildlife as it sounds though, in my opinion. Because many of the "habitat" of the animals are under either maintenance or construction. Nothing much to take photos despite of the fact that, I kinda regret for not bringing my camera along. Hmm.. There was this animal show at 3pm. Since it was rather early (we finished wandering at 2pm++), we killed our time at the Wave Pool. Hehe.. But erm, the animal show had not much to "show", they had only this extremely adorable and fluffy rabbit from Turkey, a blue-tongue emo lizard and an extremely "manja" civet cat, who likes to "merajuk" and nibble people.. Haha..

You can't get to choose which locker you want, as you need to register at the counter, got the RM15 deducted from your "debit-band", then the system will randomly choose for you. |
Impressive eh, The Vuvuzela? |
Photo taken before it was our turn *was a little too excited* hehe.. |

One of the most crowded "makan" places in the park. |
Both of us ordered the same set, as it was the most economical set (RM12.90) we could afford. Then did I realize, their fried chicken is more spicy then both KFC and McD combined.. *super like* |
Then, we went on and tried the Tomahawk, followed by the World War Z Live in Scream Park. Gosh! The "ghosts" really scared the shit out of me! At first, they appeared to be under captivity. Who knows from which point onwards, they are no longer held captive! They literally popped out from their "jail" and frightened us! I screamed for God-knows how many times because of their unexpected appearance, which in some cases, they chased after you! Fuh! And there was this walkway with 3D wallpapers whereby, each of us was given a 3D glasses before entering. I must say, the effects were quite amazing, especially when we entered the "spinning chamber" whereby, we were required to walk on a mini bridge across the chamber with the wall spinning. Imagine you are walking in a tunnel, and the walls on your both sides spin anticlockwise. With the 3D glasses on, I felt as if I was walking in a drunken state, as the bridge seemed as though it was rotating in the same pace as the wall as well, but in opposite direction. (Ah, fine. Just pardon my poor descriptions. I don't know how to properly describe it just so you could imagine how was it really like)
I think Grand Canyon River Rapids was our last ride? Actually, I was looking forward to the Niagara Fall, seriously. Last time when I went with my tuition friends, I was so addicted to it that I insisted to ride for the second time, and they were nice enough to accompany me. Hehe.. But, sigh.. A big disappointment of the day! Anyway, speaking of Grand Canyon, there was this guy (not local, I presume?), when the alarm was loud enough to alert us of the upcoming rapid stream, he wanted to act cool and heroic and at the end, being flunked over from his seat and crushed on top of me! Gosh! He is big size and definitely not light weight, okay?!! My chest had been in deep ache even after 15 minutes or so had passed; my toes were numb (which I suspect he stepped onto me) and fingers on my right as well. He had certainly ruined my mood! Grrrr!!!
They HAD to choose this ride in exchange for their new hotels meh? HAD to meh? Ishh.. |
Vuvuzela from afar. Photo taken on the Suspension Bridge. |
Well, I was still too "gatal" and persuaded my bestie to accompany me for the Suspension Bridge. It was 40m++ long and it was hot back there! I must have lost my mind a little when that arrogant bastard crushed onto me! Our legs were deeply sore at the end of the bridge, yet, needed to get down to the ground from that tower of, hmm.. 4-5 storeys high.. So, we went back to the Wave Pool again and spent the rest of our evening there until 5.30pm. And to be honest, we actually had a lot of fun there, trying to float with our head facing up, sitting under the "mushroom" fountain to get our shoulders and body massaged, AND taking countless of photos!! Muahahaha......
One of the photos taken under the "mushroom".. LOL |
A combination of 30 frames from Timeshift Burst apps in my phone.. I like the way my hair "danced" under the water.. lol |
After taking shower and refunded back the leftover from my "debit-band", we left to Sunway Pyramid and had Hot-n-Roll to temporarily fill up our stomach.. Haha.. Hmm.. A day well spent, indeed. Though I regret that I forget to apply sun-block before leaving to the Lagoon, I am not regret for bringing my phone along with me the whole day. Ya, though it doesn't have a SIM card yet, it is waterproof! Hehe.. Just hope that my skin won't get worse or dried up wey.. My whole body is so aching right now, but it definitely worth the ache.. Haha.. Oh wait, this doesn't include my chest ache caused by that foreign bast**d.. Ishh..
Thanks for spending the day with me, my dear. I'm glad that we are back to being besties despite of what happened in the past. I definitely had great time there, and I hope the same goes to you too. :)
